The International conference on green hydrogen for global decarbonation is being organized by the Pandit Deendayal Energy University (PDEU), Gujarat-India and Composites Excellence Center of Asia, Vadodara, Gujarat. PDEU is one of the leading research institutes in the energy sector and allied branch of engineering. CECA ASIA is supporting the growth and development of renewable energy through application of composites in windmills and logistics of green hydrogen cylinders.
Green Hydrogen possesses immense potential to become a vital component of the energy mix. It is expected to become a $ 12-15 trillion global industry by 2050. It has also captured a clear investor interest at the 1st International conference on green hydrogen for global decarbonization.
This two-day 2nd International conference will bring together policymakers, regulators, innovators, oil and gas companies, infrastructure companies, technology providers, industry experts and investors to present their perspectives and provide stimulus in shaping the future of green
hydrogen. It will provide a global platform for leading developers to showcase the project’s innovations and technologies, explore investor interest in financing their projects.

About PDEU

Pandit Deendayal Energy University (PDEU) formerly known as Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University (PDPU) was established by Gujarat Energy Research Management Institute (GERMI) as a Private University through the State Act with a vision “To emerge as a world-class Institution of Excellence in Energy Education, Research and Innovation which will prepare and sensitize the youth and ultimately the society for radical yet sustainable societal transformation”. This objective is being addressed through several specialized and well-planned undergraduate, and postgraduate programs and intense research initiatives in the domain of science, technology, management, and humanities. Today it has 9 centres of excellences viz. International Automobile, Siemans, Center for Bio-fuel & Bioenergy studies, Solar Research & Development Center, Center of Excellence in Geothermal Energy, Drilling & Stimulation Center, Center of Excellence in Climate Change, Innovation and Incubation Center and Water treatment management center.
PDEU ranks 1st (Private University) in Gujarat. NAAC accredited, “A++” grade (3.52/4). It is also ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 9001:2015 certified. PDEU is the only private college in Gujarat to get autonomous status from the University Grant Commission (UGC) in 2018. At present University has several sponsored research projects and consultancies. The Department of Scientific and Industrial Research under Ministry of Science and Technology (Government of India) have accorded recognition to PDEU, Gandhinagar as Scientific and
Industrial Research Organization (SIRO).
